The following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern attendance and participation in the Nigeria–Canada Aviation Summit 2026 (“Summit”). By registering for or attending the Summit, you agree to these Terms.
1. Registration & Payment
- All attendees must complete the official registration process and pay applicable fees before gaining entry to the Summit.
- Early bird, standard, and group rates apply only if payment is received within the stated deadlines.
- Registration is personal and non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from the organizers.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations received in writing on or before May 15, 2026 are eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations after this date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another delegate at no additional charge.
- No refunds will be provided for non-attendance without prior notice.
3. Program Changes
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the Summit program, speakers, sessions, or venue at any time without prior notice.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation of the entire Summit, the organizers’ liability is limited to a refund of paid registration fees only.
4. Visas & Travel
- International delegates are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including visas.
- The organizers may provide invitation letters upon request but are not responsible for visa approvals or travel arrangements.
5. Conduct & Safety
- Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
- The organizers reserve the right to remove any delegate whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
- Security screening and ID checks may be required for entry to certain sessions or areas.
6. Intellectual Property & Media
- All Summit content, including presentations and materials, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
- By attending, you consent to photography, video recording, and the use of your image or likeness for Summit promotional purposes.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
- Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for Summit administration, communication, and related purposes.
- Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required for event operations (e.g., name badges, security).

8. Liability

Attendance at the Summit is at your own risk. The organizers, partners, and venue accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, except as required by law.
