By accessing our website https://ncas26.com or registering for the Summit, you (“Attendee,” “Participant,” “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Event Overview
The Nigeria Canada Aviation Summit 2026 (“NCAS26,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a professional conference and exhibition focusing on aviation collaboration between Nigeria and Canada.
These Terms apply to all activities related to the event, including registration, ticket purchase, sponsorship, participation, and use of the NCAS26 website.
2. Registration & Ticketing
- Eligibility – Registration is open to individuals 18 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by a registered adult.
- Accurate Information – You agree to provide complete and accurate information during registration.
- Confirmation – Registration is confirmed only after full payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
- Non-Transferable Tickets – Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by NCAS26.
- ID Verification – You may be required to present valid identification at check-in.
3. Pricing, Payment & Refunds
- Pricing – Ticket prices are displayed on the Registration page and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment – All payments must be made through the secure payment methods provided (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
- Currency – Prices may be listed in Nigerian Naira (₦), Canadian Dollars (CAD), or U.S. Dollars (USD) as applicable.
- Refund Policy –

Cancellations received at least [X days] before the event start date may be eligible for a [full/partial] refund, minus processing fees.

Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to registration@ncas26.com.

Event Cancellation – NCAS26 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified and offered a refund or credit.
4. Sponsorship & Exhibition
- Sponsorship agreements are governed by separate written contracts between NCAS26 and each sponsor/exhibitor.
- Sponsor packages, benefits, and payment terms will be detailed in the sponsorship agreement.
- NCAS26 reserves the right to approve or reject any sponsorship application.
5. Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and productive environment for all participants:
- Treat all attendees, speakers, staff, and vendors with respect and professionalism.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- NCAS26 reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this Code without refund.
6. Intellectual Property

Website Content – All text, graphics, logos, photos, and materials on the NCAS26 website are owned by or licensed to NCAS26 and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Event Materials – Presentations, recordings, and other materials shared during the Summit are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or publicly displayed without permission.
7. Photography, Audio & Video
By attending NCAS26, you grant permission for the use of your likeness in photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability

Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

Travel delays, accommodation issues, or other costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our liability for any claim arising from participation in the Summit shall not exceed the amount of the registration fee paid.
9. Privacy
Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By registering for the Summit, you consent to the use of your data as described therein.
10. Force Majeure
NCAS26 is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
12. Changes to These Terms
NCAS26 may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or participation in the event constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
